If you make a purchase over € 100, the shipping costs to any point of the peninsula and the Balearic Islands will be free, € 0 (does not include the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla).


Post office boxes are not accepted as valid home delivery addresses.
The price of the shipping costs will be detailed in the summary of the order made by the Customer before proceeding to the payment.

The shipping costs are € 4.24 in Peninsula, € 9.70 in the Balearic Islands, € 12 in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Shipping costs to countries of the European Union, such as Germany, France, Italy, United Kingdom, Austria, Holland, Luxembourg and Belgium will cost € 18 (up to 1Kg). For international shipments to America ……… €.

The delivery time in Peninsula is from 24 to 72 hours, at most.
To Canarias, Baleares, Ceuta and Melilla the delivery time is between 3 and 5 days.
The delivery time for shipments outside Spain will be from 5 to 7 days.
Estimated delivery dates are calculated on business days.

Shipments destined to Andorra, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Gibraltar may suffer delays due to being subject to customs control. The expenses of councils, gaugings or any other encumbrance shall be borne by the addressee, unless indicated by the sender.


The order will be sent to the delivery address provided by the client, once your payment has been approved.

All orders are sent through private courier. The transport company will require a signature from the person receiving the shipment, to guarantee its safe reception. In case the client or the authorized person is not at the address designated for the delivery, the private transport company will contact the customer to set an alternative delivery date.

In the event that the courier company fails to deliver the order to the customer, the order will be returned to our store and the shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer.

Shipments that, due to incorrect data or untimely schedules by the recipient, require a second delivery, will have an additional charge for the second delivery.

Make sure that the package received is externally closed and in good condition. Otherwise, notify this fact on the delivery note of the carrier, reject the shipment and notify it by e-mail to in the next 24 hours.

In the purchase form, a shipping address will be requested, VITHRASHOP will not be responsible for the errors caused in the delivery when the address indicated by the customer does not conform to reality or have been omitted data necessary for the correct delivery of the goods .


Changes must be made within 7 days after receipt of the shipment. It is only possible to exchange articles for another of an equal or greater amount. The shipping costs of the returns will always be borne by the customer, except for returns for defective or wrong product.

After approving the return or exchange of the goods, the customer will receive an e-mail indicating their approval. In the case of return of the item, you must send it in perfect condition together with its original packaging, to the following address:

In the event that the product is defective the customer must contact, within 48 hours after receipt of the order, with VITHRASHOP at or on the phone 625 625 060.

VITHRASHOP will be responsible for the costs involved in the collection of the goods and the subsequent delivery of the new product. Provided that the existence of defects is confirmed. The replacement of the defective goods will be carried out as soon as possible.

In the event that the merchandise can not be replaced by an identical one, the amount paid will be fully reimbursed to the CLIENT, including courier costs.

The refund will be made through the same form of payment used by the Customer when paying the order. Remember that credit card payment always depends on the bank.
